Hi Brenda! In a future post you will be mentioned on how you ‘rescued’ us from another torturous 3 miles of hiking so stay tuned. Thank you so very much for your act of kindness. It is moments like that and the interesting people we encounter that make this adventure exciting.

You choose a beautiful walk on skyline drive in VA. I enjoyed your travels in your writing. Hope you and the boys got your rest and food. Brenda L and Ralph Sterling

I enjoyed your blog- especially about everything not being rainbows and unicorns.
As a couple, my husband and I just spent two months with the gypsy lifestyle– now if MONEY was not an issue and I was not trying to run/grow a business things might have been perfect…however, I feel your pain about finding a location, internet access and the mindset to work when in reality your mind thinks “vacation”.

It’ll be great to chat on Monday…

Jayne

New Orleans is on my bucket list of places to visit someday.

I keep thinking of the rare and unique experiences your kids are having. It makes me wonder if they will grow up with the wanderlust too. It will be fun to see how the values and exposures you are giving them will be reaped in their lives.

Your subject of expectations is very thoughtful. I’m a bit guilty of what I call “carrot chasing” in life, which is all tied into expectations, I think. It seems I’m always in search of the next situation/experience/adventure. I too carry those visions of who I might be in future situations and how things may play out…if and when. Problem is, I always carry who I am into every situation. Haven’t figured out a good method to rid my new circumstances of my old personality! 😉

Love keeping up with your adventures!
